Vincent Prestileo, Jr., originally from Southwest Philadelphia and a graduate of West Philadelphia Catholic High School, has been a resident of Delaware County since 1999 and currently resides in Springfield with his wife, Heather, and daughters, Brielle and Stassi. 

Vincent has always been a go-getter and an over-achiever, and it is not surprising that he has received awards for top production several times over the course of his career. You cannot help but notice his energy, enthusiasm and "never-say-die" attitude. His clients certainly do — common refrains they voice about Vincent include "he went the extra mile for us," and "never tired of showing properties he thought we might be interested in." Vincent has been a licensed REALTOR since 2004 following his graduation from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude. 

Having developed special insight into what the home buying and selling process represents for those he helps, Vincent is able to respond with sensitivity and patience in all kinds of situations. He believes in regular communication with his clients to decrease their stress, and prides himself on his availability and responsiveness. Vincent's practice includes both ends of the real estate spectrum and all scenarios in between, whether he represents owners who are selling their home of 50 years, or presenting properties to a young family with a tight budget. He particularly likes to educate young couples about the advantages of investing in real estate as they begin their journey together.
